This art-as-meditation exercise with Christopher's paintings will allow participants to go deeper into contemplation of the four paths of Creation Spirituality via the “I am” writing prompt. The purpose of this meditation is self-discovery, an invitation to each participant to deepen his or her personal relationship with a chosen Path through creative activity.
