Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 7077 Harvest Road,
Boulder, Colorado.
The service will honor each of our traditions, which culminates in praise and glory to the Lord the Living God, reflecting our unity as diverse and connected worship communities.
Rev. Fox will deliver the sermon on the New Order of the Sacred Earth.
For the past 14 years, these two congregations have prayed together, studied together, and engaged in social activism inspired by the writings of Rev. Fox and the presence of Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi.
This weekend includes study, prayer, and celebration for the inauguration of the Fox Institute for Creation Spirituality, which opens its doors for students on October 16th in Boulder.
A fellowship meal, Q & A by Rev. Fox, and a book signing for his new book
“Order of the Sacred Earth” will follow the Sunday service.
Participating clergy include Rabbis Victor and Nadya Gross from Pardes Levavot,
Pastor Janet Kettering from Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church and Magid Amitai Gross.
